Call to Order
President Congreve called the meeting to order at 8:10 P.M.

Trustee Colfer gave the invocation

Present upon roll call: Colfer Grittani Kilroy Lewis Teichert ~o~greve
Absent: Ro~
Trustee Kilroy, seconded by Trustee Grittani, moved to waive the rules to
consider another matter--the purchase of police cars.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Grittani Kilroy Lewis Rogers
Nays: Colfer T~tchert
MotiOn carried. P~rchase of 3
Police Cars
The Fire and Police Conmi~tee received a recommendation in which the
Manage~ concurred, for the purchase of three 1968 Furies from Park Ridge
Chr~ysler Plymouth, Inc. in the amount of $4,043.74. Trustee Kilroy,
seconded by Trustee Grittani, moved to approve the purchase of the 3
Furies from Park Ridge Chrysler Plymouth in the amount of $4,043.74.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Colfer Grittani Kilroy Lewis Teichert
Motion carried.
The above was the lowest bid and includes the trade-in of three police cars.
EXECUTIVE SESSION Executive
The meeting was recessed at 8:15 for Executive Session and reconvened at Session
12:05 A.M.

Trustee Teichert, seconded by Trustee Colfer, moved the meeting be adjourned.
