CALL TO ORDER
President Congreve called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Bergen Colfer Orittani Teichert Congreve
Absent: Bruhl Ekren
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MARC}{ 7~ 1967
Pg. 2: Under Fire & Police Cammittee - Request of building owners
in 300-400 block of West Prospect Avenue; u~x~er Judiciary Ccmmittee -
regarding the name change Klein Court to White Gate Drive - The
attorney was instructed to draw an appropriate ordinance to effect
the name change. Pg. 3: Change the motion to read: "Trustee
Teichert, seconded by %¥ustee Colfer, moved to approve the Village
Engineering Department doing all the engineering on the reservoir
superstrUcture with the exception of the foundation."
Trustee Colorer, seconded by Trustee Bergen, moved to approve the
minutes as amended.
Upon roll ca~: Ayes: Bergen Colfer Teichert Congreve
Pass: Grittani
Motion carried.
W~Lr. #11 ENGINEERING CONTRACT
Consoer, Townsend & Associates submitted a signed copy of the
contract as of this day. Trustee Colfer moved, seconded by Trustee Well #tl
Teichert, that the President be authorized to sign and the Village 5kgineering
Clerk to attest, the contract Consoer, Townsend and Associates have Contract
presented for engineering services relative to Well #11.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Bergen Colfer Grittani Teichert
Motion carried.
The second item on the agenda was "Plat of Nelson,s Resubdivision -
Golf Road and Elmhurst Avenue". This item of business could not be ' Plat of
taken up at this time because of the absence of Trustees Bruhl and Nelson's
Ekren. The Clerk was directed to place the matter on the next Resubdivisio~
agenda.

Trustee Colfer, seocr~ed by Trustee Grittani, moved the meeting be
adjourned. Time: 8:25 P.M. Unanimous.
