CALL TO ORDER
President Congreve called the meeting to order at 9:15 P. M.
INVOCATION
Trustee Teichert gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Kilroy Teichert Lewis Grittani Reiter Congreve
Absent: Rogers
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
Mr. Paul Johnson urged passage of the Humau Relations Ordinance and
conmuended the Board for beginning action in February with passage of a
resolution aud for consideration of a Humau Relations Ordinance at this
meeting. He encouraged the Trustees to vote in favor of it.
Trustee Lewis, seconded by Trustee Kilroy, moved to concur with the
majority vote (2-1) of the Judiciary Comrmittee for passage of the
ordinance drafted November 29, 1968 regarding Open Housing, as amended to
set the minin~m fine at $250. for a first reading.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Kilroy Grittani Reiter Congreve
Nays: Teichert Lewis
Motion carried.
The Clerk was requested to place the ordinance on the agenda of the
regular meeting on December 17, 1968 for second reading.
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Lewis, seconded by Trustee Kilroy, moved the meeting be adjourned.
