Trustee Teichert, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved for passage and approval
of Ordinance #2111.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Reiter Grittaui KiLr~y Lewis Teichert
Motion carried.
PLAN CC~MISSION CASE 68-37P 68-37P
This case before the Plan Commission on June 21~ 1968 was a petition to
rezone from RX (Single-Family) to B-4 (Business - Retail and Service District)
property located at the northwest comer of Rand and Route 83. A plat
of subdivision was submitted which will establish separate lots for existing
buildings. The plat was Eot lots i and 2 only. The Village Atton~ey read
for the first reading an ordinance rezoning the property. Parcel #2 was
deleted. Trustee Teichert~ seconded by Trustee Lewis, moved to waive the
rules for a second reading.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Reiter Grittani Kilroy Lewis Teichert
Motion carried.
Trustee Teichert~ seconded by Trustee Leiws, moved for passage and approval
of Ordinance #2112: Ord. 2112
AN ORDINANCE A~NDING MAP 23N OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE
Upon roll call: Ayes: Reiter Grittani Kilr~.¥ Lewis Teichert
Motion carried.
The plat of subdivision was referred to the Plan Cczmmission (Lots laahd 2).
Case 68-37P (Sinclair property) was charged to the Judiciary Cmmmittee.
(Parcel #2).
