President Congreve called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. Order

Absent: Grittani Rogers Teichert
A recca~nendation was presented from the Village Mauager and Acting
Village Engineer on the bid opening held on June 21, 1968 at 2:00 P. M. ~aLutenance
on the 1968 MFT Maintenance Progrmn. Bids
Trustee Kilroy moved, seconded by Trustee Lewis, that the contract for
the Mount Prospect 1968 MFT Maintenance be awarded to Arrow Road Con-
struction Company, 3~01 S. Busse Road, the only bidder, in the amount
of $3213.40.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Kilroy ) ~wis Reiter President Congreve
Motion carried.

A rec~ml~e~dation was' pres~nt~d' from the' Village Manager and the Acting
Village Mmgi~ eer on the bid opening held on June 21, 1968 at 2:00 P. M.
on the Mount Prospect M~T Section 28CS Paving Improvements.
Trustee Reiter moved, seconded by Trustee Kilroy, that the low bidder,
Allied Asphalt Paving Co., Inc., Hillside, Illinois, be awarded the
contract for the 1968 ~f 28CS Paving Improvements in the remount of
$95,963.80.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Kilroy Lewis Reiter Presidence Congreve
Motion carried.
