Call to Order ZNVOCATICN Trustee Reiter gave the invocation Invocation ROLL CALL Roll CAll Present upon roll call: Reiter Grittani Kilroy Lewis Rogers Teichert Congreve Algonquin ALGONQUIN PROPERTTW~ Annexation Village Msnager Moore read for first reading an ordinance annexLng 1st reading certain properties along Algonquin extending to Oakton. The Clerk was requested to place this ordinance on the June 4th agenda for second and final reading. BAUER REPOR~ Mr. Bauer presented~a report "Study of Storm Water Drainage at Bauer Report Central and Busse: as of May 8, 1968. Btorm Dr~lnsoe Central & Buss~ 1. Storage of Water 2. Ds~s at Des Plaines River Trustee Lewis, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved that the Mayor be authorized to communicate with the Metropolitan Sanitary District, the Illinois Division of Waterways, City of Des Plaines, Village of Arlington Heights and the Forest Preserve District regarding the Bauer report surveys, supplying same with sufficient copies of all cormnunications regarding same be forwarded to the Clean Streams Cor~- mittee for their review. Unanimous. It was to be noted that June 12th will be the next Clean Streams Committee meeting. Mr. Bauer will be in attendance. RELOCATION OF DEMPSTER STREET APA~FENTS D~cci request Mr. SalvatOre DiMucci appeared before the Board to again request con-to relocste sideration of relocation of the Dempster Street apartments covered Apts at DempDt~ under the Consent Decree. Trustee Teichert, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved that the Board not petition the Court to modify the Consent Decree,on this matter. Upon roll call: Ayes: Reiter Grittani Eilroy Lewis Rogers Teichert Motica carried. APPOI~NTFENTS Appointment of President Congreve recc~mmended the appointment of Earl Meeske as 5]. Meeske to a member of the Police Pension Fund and requested Board concurrence. Police Pension Trustee Kilroy, seconded by Trustee Teichert, moved to concur in the Fund President's recommendation, bk~nimous.
