CALL TO ORDER
President Teichert called the meeting to order at 8:12 P. M.
INVOCATION
Trustee Kilroy ~ave the invocation.
ROLL CALL
Present: F~rst Kilroy Norris Teichert
Absent: Ahem Reiter Sodez~an
The Chairman declared the absence of a quorum.
PROCLAMATIONS
President Teichert proclaimed the month of Noven~er, 1969
Teastmasters Month in the Village of Mount Prospect. Following
the proclamation, he was made an hc~arary member of the organization.
President Teichert also proclaimed the week of November 16 to
November 22, 1969 as Week for Children with Learning Disabilities.

Because of a lack of a quorum, th&- public hearing scheduled for
this date was postponed to December 16, 1969.
