CALL TO ORDER
President Teichert called the meeting to order at 7:38 P. M. Call to order

Present upon roll call: President Teichert, Trustees Ahem, Furst roll call

ILLINOIS DMSION OF HIGHWAYS - IMPROVEMENT OF BUSSE ROAD
Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Furst, moved to authorize the Ir~provement of
President and Village Clerk to execute an agreer~ent between the Busse Rd.
State of~Illirlois, acting by and through its Department of Public
Works and B~ildlngs, and the Village of Mount Prospect.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Furst Kilroy Reiter Soderman
Motion carried.
A resolution was presented appropriating the sum of $74,000. or as
much as may be necessary from money now or hereafter alloted to theResolution
Village under the provi~ions of ~f funds. The resolution was iden- 30-69
tified as "EXHIBIT A".

Clerk authority to approve the plans aud specifications for the pro-
posed construction as indicated in "E~hibit E".

OEDINANCE Au ordinance providing for the pruchase of the Fairview Utility Co.
#2199 was next presented. After consideration, Trustee Ahem, seconded
by Trustee Reiter, moved for passage of Ordinance #2199:

CONSIDERATION OF WELLMR CREEK IMPROVEMENT
Trustee Ktlroy, seconded by Trustee Furst, moved to waive the rules
Weller Creek for the purpose of considering Weller Creek improvements. Unanimous
Residents with property adjacent to Weller Creek were invited previously
to attend this meeting for the purpose of discussing provisiens of Stage IV of
Weller Creek Flood Control I~p~ovements between Mt. Prospect Rd. and Rt. 83.
