Presidnet Tiechert called the meehing to order at 11:17 A. N.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Ahem Reiter Soderman Teichert
Absent: Furst Kilroy
Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Soderman, moved that the Village to buy
Village of Mount Prospect enter into a contract to buy that property from
property of unit #10 held in ownership by Salvatore DiMucci DiMucci-$525,000.
being 22 more or less acres for the amount of $525,000, such
price being a negociated price betwe~z~ the two parties.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Reiter Soderman Teichert
Motion carried.
The meeting was recessed at 11:22 A. M. for the purpose of discussion of
discussing a preannexation agreement with representatives of preannexation agmt.
