The meetinM was called to order by President Teichert at 12:12 P.M.

Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Ahem, ~oved to recess the Executive

offer iht he amour of $330.000.000 to acquire the Fairview Gardens Fairview
Utility Compsny. Gsrden

Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Soderman, moved that if ~hd Village to pay
when a contract of s~le is cons~ated for Fairvfew Gardens Utility 15% of cost
Co. that the Village will participate in the actual cost in the Fairview C~us.'

Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Furst, moved to negotiate with Concerning
the owner of property at Lonnquist and Busse and tender the fir~ p~chase of
price made at the executive session for purchase of the property; property at
if price is turned down, to authorize Attorney Jack Siegel to pro- Lon~quist &
ceed with a conde~auation suit for said property. Busse

Trustee Ahem, seconded by Trustee Furst, moved to waive the rules Waive rules iF
to consider the procedure to replace Trustee Lewis, who is resign- replacing
Lug effective October l, 1969. Trustee Lewi~
Motion carried by s voice vote with Trustee Soder~an voting nay.
Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Ahem, moved to have the Board Appointive
follow the appointive process in replacing Trustee Lewis after his process to b~
resignation becc~es effective, used to replac
