1969 requested app~val of the site location on the west side of
Eldest Rd. due no~h of the C~nweatth FJison Co. power t~s-
mission lines. ~stee Reiter, seconded by ~stee ~wis, ~v~ to
~t pe~is~ion to install a t~por~ batch plat at the site in-
dicated in the letter for a period te~inating J~e 1, 1970~ with
Rock R~d Construction to post bonds of $2,500 each for re~val of
the batch plat ~d to ass~ that a~er its relocation the ~ea will
be restored, and ~her that the Vill~e will be supplied with a cer-
tificate of ~s~ce as ~quired by the ~cting Village M~zer, ~d
with the c~dition that at the Vill~e's request, if the pl~t is
shut do~ it ~uld be r~oved by Rock Road ~nst~ction Co. ~th the
necess~ ele~ up by July, 1970.
