APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
The purpose of this meeting was to appoint a financial consultant. Fir~ncial
Trustee Kilroy, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved Paul D. Speer Consultant,
Associates, Inc., be appointed as financial consultants in the Paul D.
