It was agreed that the lease would be at the rate of $1 per year for a period of ten years with automatic renewal, and should the Library move to new quarters or in the event of the erection of a Municipal complex, the lease would then terminate. JUDICIARY CO~iTI'h~ Judiciary Trustee Ahem reported on a meeting held July 23 to reconsider a tsp-on Ordinance for Huntington Estates' outlet sewer. The Engineer Tap-on Ordin- for Kenroy h~ estimated the cost of the sewer at $144~590. The ance for Htm- Village Attorney and acting Village Engineer have recomuended approval t~.n~on Estat~ of a tap-on Ordinance, which will apply to all of the properties benefitted by the sewer, i. e., so that every land ow~ar who will tap into the sewer~ whether at the time of installation or later will p~y a fee to the Village based upon his pro-rata share per acre.
