CALL TO ORDER
President Teichert called the meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.
INVOCATION
Trustee Reiter gave the invocation.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Reiter Soderman

The Board of Trustees and the Plan Commission met Jointly with Mr. Di Mucci

end whether or not a covenant held by private property owners should

Trustees. The discussion also concerned the release of ltnen~ to their
owners after all signatures have been obtained and before the recording
thereof. The decision of the Board was to get an opinion From the
Village Attorney, John Zimmex~,enn, on these and other matters that would
be listed and given to him by the PreAidento The DiMucci - Golf and Elm-
burst 1~ was referred to the Plan Commission as a tentative plat of
Subdivision.

Trustee Relter, seconded by Trustee Norris, moved to authc~ize the Agreement with
President and Clerk to si~ an ag~ement for the development and main- West Park
tenance of a park site and retention area including the lease attached
thereto as Exhibit B.
Trustee Kllroy, seconded by Trustee Norris, moved to smend the above
motion to include subject to correction of Exhibit D as per discussion.
Upon motion to amend: Ayes: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Heiter

SPECIAL PROSECUTOR FOR MARCH 11, 1970
Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Soderman, moved to hire Robert
Moc~e as Special P~ospecutor for March 11, 1970 at a rate to be determined.Moore
