MANAGER'S REPORT Mr. Eppley read a communication from the Mount Prospect waiver of fe. Jaycees petitioning the Village of Mount Prospect for a special events liquor license and other necessary licenses for the period of time September 1, 1972 through Seotember 5, 197~Pe¢ia to hold their 4th annual OCTOBERFEST held at the Mount Prospect liqu Plaza.
