CALL TO ORDER Call to order
Village Clerk Donald W. Goodman called the meeting
to order at 8:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL Roll call
Neither the President nor the Trustees answered to
their names, and therefore, in the absence of a
quorum, no meeting was held.
Present were the Village Manager, Robert J. Eppley,
and Village Attorney, John Zimmermann.
ADJOURNMENT Adjournment
