INVOCATION Invocation Trustee Ahem gave the invocation, ROLL CALL Present upon roll call: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Roll call Reiter Soderman Teichert NE~ BUSINESS Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Soder~, moved to waive the rules requiring two readings of an ordinance. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Reiter Soderman Motion carried. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Norris, moved for passage Ord. 2B01 of Ordinance #2301: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING 2.61 ACRES sOUTH OF DEMPSTER ANNEXATION STREET APPROXIMATELY 740 FEET WEST OF THE CE~fER OF EI2EqURST RD. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Reiter Soderman Motion carried. The Deputy Clerk reported two Judges of election for April 20, 1971 general election reported they were unable to be Judges of electionat the polling places. Mrs. Dolores Wagner, 512 S. Edward, and Mrs. Alice Nash, 906 S. I-Oka had previously been appointed by the Bos~d. Mrs. Alice E. Brooks, $86fS. Emerson and Mrs. Joyce Marsiglia, 914 S. See-Gw~ were requested to be Judges of Election arid the~r~eputy Clerk requested rat- ification of the action taken. Trustee Ahem, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved to ratify the action taken by the Deputy Clerk. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Reiter Soderman Motion carried.
