Trustee Reiter, seconded by Trustee Aher~, moved to authorize the
President to siEn and the Clerk to attest, the plat of subdivision.

MARCO POLO PLAT OF SUBDMSION
This property located at the southwest corner of Algonquin and Busse
has been subdivided for the purpose of construction of a Standard Oil Merco Polo
Service S~ation. Trustee Ahem, seconded by Trustee Kilroy, moved to plan of subdivtl~
authorize the President to sign and the Clerk to attest, al~cer postin~on
sufficient guarantees for public improvements, including 12" water main.

TRINITY UNITED ~fHODIST CHURCH SUBDIVISION
This property is located on the east side of Linnemau Road, south Trinity United
of Golf Road. Trustee Ahem, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved the Methodist
President be authorized to sign and the Clerk to attest the plat Church Sub~z[visic
of subdivision. ~
Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Furst Xilroy Norris Reiter
Motion carried.
Trustee Ahem, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved for waiver of
building permit fees for Trinity United Methodist Church.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Furst Kilroy Norris Reiter

BROWN'S SUBDMSION
Brown's This property is located at Northwest Highway and Fairview
Subdivision Avenue and is a resubdivision of lots 5 through 12 into
one lot. Trustee Frust, seconded by Trustee Norris, moved
to authorize the President to sign and the Clerk to attest
the plat of resubdivision.

PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PRE-ANNEXATION AGR~
pre-~unexation WITH UNITY VENTURES, INC., ET AL FOR THE ANNEXATION OF
agreement PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORI~{ OF ALGONQUIN ROAD AND
with WEST OF EL~T ROAD
U~YITY VEh~URES Mr. William Alter, owner, and Atrorney Joseph Ash, wen
both in attendance to discuss the pre-annexation agreement
with the Board. The agreement was reviewed in detail and
certain revisions were made. Mr. Harold Ross of the Plan
Cormmission, Mr. Wesley Pinchot, a member of the Iudustrial
and Economic Development Commission, talking as a citizen
of the Village, Mr. Robert McBride, a member of the Plan
Co~dssion, Mr, George Flaherty, Chairman of the Industrial
and Economic Development Commission, and Mr. Joseph Por~gulski,
all were heard.
Trustee Kilroy, seconded by Trustee Reiter, moved the public
heariug on the Pre-annexation Agreement with Unity Ventures,
Inc. be-continued to April 6, 19?l.

Nays: Furst Ahem
Motion carried.
