Section 14.1203 had been repealed by passage of Ordinance ll~2, but also, at the time of passage of the current Building Code, all other ordinances relating to building were repealed, thereby malalng Section 1~.1202 and 14.1203 ineffective. Section 14.1202 "Permit restrictions" (a) and (b) prohibited Section 14.1202 the erection of service stations within 300 feet of any church, school, hospital, fraternal lodge, hall, theatre, or place of public assembly; or within 300 feet of the location of any railway passenger station, freig, ht depot and auy buildings in which not less than 75% of the total floor space is used for warehouse or storage purposes.
