INVOCATION Trustee Link gave the invocation. Call co Ord~ ROLL CALL Invocation Present upon roll call: Ahern Anderson Furst Link Scholten Richardson Teichert Roll Call This special meeting was called pursuant to Chapter 2, Board of Trustees, Section 2.!03 - Meetings Municipal Code of Mount Prospect. The purpose of the meeting was to hold public hearings regarding the pre-annexation agreement of Nordic Road properties, including Plan Commission Case 73-7P and Board of Appeals Case 73-9A, as well as a public hearing regarding the pre-annexation pre-anne×ati agreement for Chicago Title and Trust Co. properties Nordic Road at the northwest corner of Oakton and Elmhurst, including properties Plan Commission Case 73-8P and Board of Appeals Case 73-10A. A court reporter was present at this hearing to take down a word-for-word transcript~ bopies of'which are available in the Clerk's office. Before considering the above pre-an'nexation hearing, Case 73-5A, petition of John Mullowney for side yard variation was reviewed by Trustee Anderson, who requested a waiver of the rules requiring two readings of an ordinance. Trustee Case 73-5A Ahern seconded the motion. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Link Scholten Richardson Motion carried. Trustee Anderson, seconded by Trustee Ahern, moved for passage of Ordinance #2413: motion for AN ORDINANCE VARYING THE SIDE YARD REQUIREMENT FOR passage of PROPERTY LOCATED AT 223 NORTH MAIN STREET, MOUNT Ordinance PROSPECT, ILLINOIS #2413 Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Link Scholten Richardson Motion carried. The public hearing regarding the pre-annexation agreement of Nordic Road properties, including Plan Commission Case 73-7P and Board of Appeals 73-9A, was held. It was fo]lowed with the public hearing on the Chicago Title and TrLst Co. properties. Case 73-7P Case 79- rustee Ahern, seconded by Trustee Furst, moved that the above matter be continued for a date certain, which would be the 19th of April, for a vote at that time, and with the reouest being made that the Plan Commission and the Board of Appeals give a formal recommendation, including, if possible and willing, a minority and a majority recom- mendation, including a formal polling of each commissioner. Trustee Link advised the Board ne would be out of town on April 19th. Trustee Ahern, seconded by Trustee Link, moved the above motion~be amended to continue to a ~date certain on April 26th. Upon roll call vote on the amendment: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Link Scholten Richardson Motion carried. Roll call ~ote on main mOtion as amended: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Lin~k Scholten Richardson Motion carried. Mayor Teichert formally declared the Special Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees for the purpose of public hearings on the pre-annexation agreements for the Nordic Road properties case, including Plan Commission ,Case 73-7P and Board of Appeals Case 73-9A, and the public-hearing and pre-annexation hearing of the Chicago Title and Trust Company properties on the northwest corner of Oakton and Elmhurst, including Plan Commission Case 73-8P and Board of Appeals Case 73-10A are continued to a publi'c meeting of April 26 at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall in Mount Prospect.
