Trustee Ahern, seconded by Trustee Richardson, moved to authorize an amendment of the budget to provide $3,000 or an expenditure for such sums as are necessary for the Clerk's Office for the purpose of preparing a list of all registered voters in compliance with Art. 5, Sec.5-32, of Chapt. 46 of the Illinois State Statutes as amended. COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN REPORTS BUILDING COMMITTEE Case 73-5A John Mullowney - 223 N. Main Petition for side yard variation. Trustee Anderson, seconded by Trustee Case 73-5A Richardson, moved the Board concur with the recomm'endation side yard of the Board of Appeals to grant the side yard variation variation with regard to a setback along Isabella on Main Street. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Richardson Scholten Motion carried. The Village Attorney was requested to draft the appropriate ordinance to be considered at the April 5th meeting. Case 73-9A - Village of Mt. Prospect - Elmhurst/Algonquin Industrial Park and Case 73-1DA Village of Mt. Prospect (Colony Apts.) were referred to the special meeting to be Case 73-9A held April 5, 1973. Cage 73-10A JUDICIARY COMMITTEE Case 73-7P Village of Mt. Prospect pre-annexation and zoning Elmhurst/Algonquin Industrial Park RX to I-1 and Case 73-~P Village of Mt. Prospect (Colony Apts.) Case ~3-7P RX to R-4 PUD were both referred to the special meeting to be held April 5, 1973. Case 73-8P Trustee Furst read for first reading an ordinance amending Map 36S from R-4 to B-4 (May Co.), an ordinance granting a special use permit in the nature of a PUD (May Co.), and an ordinance amending Ordinance 2344 and Ordinance 2278' providing for an amended site plan for that PUD of properties commonly known as Huntington Estates, and requested the Clerk to place the three ordinances on the agenda of the next regular meeting for final passage. COMMITTEE ANNOUNCEMENTS Mayor Teichert announced there would be a special Board Meeting April 19, 1973. Building Committee - April 25 Judiciary Committee April 26.
