Special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees called
by Mayor Teichert pursuant to ChapTer 2. !'The Board of
Trustees" Section 2.103 "Meetings." of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect.

Mayor Teichert called the meeting to order at 7:50 P. M.

Present upon roll call: Ahern Anderson Furst Link Roll Call
Richardson Scholten Teichert
Absent: None
Mayor Teichert declared the notice provisions of the special
meeting held March 27, 1973 are waived.
The meeting was called because of the absence of the Village
Attorney and to authorize the re~aining of an attorney to
represent the Village of Mount Prospect in a case to be
heard March 28, 1973 before Judge Harry J. Comerford
