The Village Manager distributed a tentative budget for the nexv fiscal year and read the budgev message. Upon re- convening, the Clerk calle~ the roll: Present: Ahern Anderson Furst Richardson Teichert Absenv: Link Scholten COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN REPORTS BUILDING COMMITTEE Trustee Anderson requested that Case No. 73-5A - Petition of John ~llowney, 223 N. Main Street, be referred to Committee for review. referred to building JUDICIARY COMMITTEE committee- A public hearing was held on the amendment of the Kenroy Case No. 73-~ntington Commons annexation agreement - Case 72-20P. It was requested that Lot 2 (formerly the Haberkamp Farm) be separated from the original Kenroy PUD. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Ahern, moved the Board concur with the Judiciary Committee and the Plan Commission and approve the petitioner's requestS-as outlined in Case 72-20P. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahem Anderson Furst Richardson Teichert Motion carried. Case 73-3P - Comprehensive amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is a petition by the Village of Mount Prospect to reorganize Case 73-3P the procedures of the Plan Commission and Board of Appeals. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Ahem, mo~ed to concur in the recommendation of the Plan Commission to amend the Zoning Ordinance as petitioned in Case 73-3P. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern ~ Anderson Furst Richardson Motion carried. A comprehensive amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and an ordinance creating a Planning Commission for the Village of Mount Prospect were both read for first reading and the Clerk was requested to place them on the next agenda for final passage. THER BUSINESS Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Ahem, moved to waive the rules regarding two readings of an ordinance - pertaining to the 1973 regular election. Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Richardson Motion carried. Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Ahem, moved for passage of Ordinance 2409: motion for passage of 1973 REGULAR ELECTION ORDINANCE Ordinance 2409 Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Richardson Motion carried.
