CALL TO ORDER
Village Clerk Donald W. Goodman called the' meeting to order
at 8:05 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present upon roll call: Anderson Caylor Gustus
Hendricks Scholten
Absent: Teichert Richardson
NOMINATIONS FOR CHAIRMAN PRO-TEM
Trustee Scholten and Trustee Caylor nominated Trustee
Anderson to act as Chairman Pro-tem. Trustee Scholten,
seconded bY Trustee Gustus, moved the nominations be closed.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 3, 1974
Trustee Scholten, seconded by Trustee 'Gustus, moved the
minutes of the regular meeting held September 3, 1974 be ap-
proved as submitted.

MANAGERS'S REPORT
A mem0randum from the Village Mangger.~rg~ayed to the Board
.~he r~quest~of P~ospect Heights ~ark'Distriet fbm water Service
for a new pool and community center facility at the Prospect
Heights Lions Park. The matter was referred to the Public Works
Committee.

BUILDING COMMITTEE
Trustee Caylor, seconded by Trustee Soholten, moved for
passage of Ordinance 2525:
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SIDE YARD REQUIREMENT VARIATION
F0R PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1807 MAYA LANE, MOUNT PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS (Case No, 27-V-74)

Motion carried.
Trustee Caylor, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved to con-
cur with the Zoning Board of Appeals and Building Committee
recommendation in Cases ZBA-25-Z-74 and ZBA-26-V-74 conce~%~
~g property~at 208 Northwest Highway, whereby the petitioner,
Warren Mose requested rezoning from Pt to B3 with a rear yard
variation. The Zoning Board voted approval subject to making
the present two parcels into a single plat of subdivision.
The Building Committee also recommended approval.

The Village Attorney was directed to prepare the appropriate
ordinance for the next agenda~
The Building Committee considered the petition of Chares Jenks,
1120 Greenfield, for a front yard variation and side yard ex-
tention (Case ZBA-28-V-74). During discussion with the Building
Committee Mr. Jenks changed his request to include an addition
over the present garage to add a room on the second floor. On
advice of the Vill~gq Attorney, the Building Committee recom-
mended the matter be referred back to the Zoning Board of Appeals
without additional filing fee required, but not excluding costs
for publication of notice of hearing. Trustee Caylor, seconded
by Trustee Scholten, moved to concur.

FIRE AND POLICE COMMITTEE
Trustee Anderson reported on the Lincoln and Route 83 signals
and stated the Fire and Police Committee will have a firm
recommendation at the next meeting.
OTHER BUSINESS
Trustee Scholten, seconded by Trustee Caylor, moved to authorize
the Mayor to sign and the Clerk to attest the Milazo plat of
resubdivislon subject to posting of public improvement bonds, if
any. This property is located at the northwest corner of Central
Road and N. Marcetla Road.

Trustee Hendricks, seconded by Trustee Caylor, moved to authorize
the Mayor to sign and the Clerk to attest the Melone plat of
resubdivislon subject to posting of public improvement bonds, if
any. This pr6perty is located north of the Milazo resubdivision
on Marcella Road.
