OF THE
MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
May 14, 1974
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Telehert called the meeting to order at 8:15 PM.
INVOCATION
The invocation was given by Trustee Gustus.
ROLL CALL
Present: Anderson Gustus Hendrlcks Richardson Scholten Teichert
Absent: Link
Mr. Roy Gottlieb of Kenroy, Inc. made a brief presentation of
the proposed modivication of the plans for Rob Roy.
Tmustee Hendrlcks, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved that the
pending Zoning Board of Appeals cases ZBA26-73 and ZBA27-SU-73
be referred back to the %oning Board of Appeals for further
public hearings pursuant to proposed modifications to be
tendered at that time by Kenroy, Inc., the petitioners.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Gustus Hendricks Richardson Scholten
After a brief discussion of proposed changes in the building
permit fees, with Director of Building and Zoning Buell B. Dutton
responding to questions from the Board, Mayor Teiohert referred
this item to the Fire & Police Committee for discussion at
their meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 1974 at 7:30 PM, with a recom-
mendation and appropriate ordinance to follow for the first
meeting in June for action by the Board.
COMMITTEE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Public Works Committee meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 16,
was cancelled at the request of Chairman Gustus.
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Gustus, seconded by Trustee Richardson, moved the meet-
ing be adjourned. Time: 9:10 PM. Unanimous.
