CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Farley called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. CALL TO

Present upon roll call: Mayor Gerald Fadey
Trustee George Clowes
Trustee Paul Hoefert
Trustee Richard Lohrstorfer
Trustee Daniel Nocchi
Trustee Irvana Wilks
Absent: Trustee Timothy Corcoran
INVOCATION
The invocation was given by Mayor Farley. INVOCATION
CLOSED SESSION CLOSED
Trustee Wilks, seconded by Trustee Nocchi, moved to go into Closed SESSION
Session for the purpose of discussing Land Acquisition, pursuant to
5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (5) - "The purchase or lease of real properly for the
use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of
discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired."
Upon roll call: Ayes: Clowes, Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
Nays: None
Motion carried.
Mayor Farley reconvened the meeting at 8:30 P.M. RECONVENE

There being no fudher business before the Board, Mayor Fadey ADJOURN
