RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
RELATING TO PREVAILING '"!.I\GE RATES
WHEREAS, the Villape of ~lount Prospect in accordance
with the prevailin~ wage act has previously determined the Prevailing
Wa~e Scale for Public Works within the County of Cook and State of
Illinois and has filed the Prevailinf Ware Rates with the office of the
Secretary of State of the State o~ Illinois, and
WHEREAS, there have been no changes in said prevailinp
ware rates for Public Works in the County of Cook durinp the past six-
month period,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Villape of Mcunt Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1: That the Prevailing Ware Rates as previouslY
filed Vlith the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois remain in
full force and effect.
Section 2: That the Villa~e of Mount Prosnect shall file
an amendinr Cert ificate vJi th the office of the Secretary ~f State when
chanpes have been made in the prev~ilinf ware rates.
Section 3: That the Villape Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to file a Certified Copy of this Resolution with the office
of the Secretary of State of the State of Illinois and to publish this
resolution in a local newspaper in the Villare of ~ount Prosoect.
Section 1+: That tLis resolutic:l shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adortion accordinp to law.
