A RESOLUTION AUTHOHIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OIi' A DEED
NOW, 'I'HEREFORE, riE IT HESOLVED by the Pres ident and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Mount Prospect does
hereby accept the grant of the following described real estate:
That part of Lot 29 lying Easterly of a line drawn from
a point on the Northerly line of said lot which is 75.0
feet Westerly of the Northeasterly corner thereof to a
point on the Southerly line of said lot which is 75.0
feet Westerly of the Southeast corner thereof -- in Block
1 in Elk Ridge Villa Unit No. 1 being a Subdivision in
the West half of the West half of Section 14, Township
41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to plat thereof registered in the office of
the Registrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois, on
November 26, 1950 as Document No. 1831541, and certifi-
cate of correction thereof registered as Document No.
1832286, -
conveyed to it by Pioneer Trust and Savings Bank, a corporation
of Illinois, as Trustee under the provis ions of a deed or deeds
in trust, duly recorded and delivered to said corporation in pur-
suance of a trust agreement dated the 21st day of NIay, 1957 and
known as Trust No. 11155.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk of the Village of
Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to register the aforementioned
conveyance with the Registrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois.
