A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
DATED NOVEMBER 21, 1956 FROM WOMEN'S CLUB
TO VILLAGE, BEING THE ORIGINAL LEASE BETWEEN
SAID CLUB AND CHICAGO & NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY CO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Villare of Mount Prospect, Illinois:

on behalf of the Villape of Mount Prospect, Illinois, are hereby
empowered and directed to sirn an assipnrent of an agreement, a
copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, trans-
ferrin~ an easement from the Chicaro & Northwestern Railway Company
to the Mount Prospect Women's Club, to the Village of Mount Prospect,
Illinois.
