CALL TO RECONVENE
Mayor Krause reconvened the meeting at 8:10 P.M.
Present upon roll call: Mayor Krause Trustees Floros
Hendricks Murauskis
Richardson Wattenberg
Absent: Trustee Minton
CONSIDERATION OF REMAINING MATERS UNDER "OTHER BUSINESS"
Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Wattenberg,
moved to amend the annexation agreement with the
Petroleum Tank Farms by inserting a new paragraph 22A
and adding pages 13 and 13A.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Floros Hendricks Murauskis
Richardson Wattenberg
Nays: None
Motion carried.
Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Murauskis,
moved for passage of Resolution No. 32-78
A RESOL~TION DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF AN
ANNEXATION AGREEMENT REGULATING THE ANNEXATION
OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON MAPS 41-S, 44-S, 45-S,
46-S, AND 47-S OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
Upon roll call: Ayes: Floros Hendricks Murauskis
Richardson Wattenberg
Nays: None
Motion carried.
Trustee Floros, seconded by Trustee Wattenberg, moved
to waive the rulerequiring two readings of an
ordinance.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Floros Hendricks Murauskis

Trustee Floros, seconded by Trustee Murauskis, moved
for passage of Ordinance No. 2859. -
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.2201 OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE

Nays: None
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT

moved to adjourn the meeting.
