THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
July 31, 1979
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Krause called the meeting to order at 8:07 P .M.
INVOCATION
The invocation was given by Trustee Richardson.
ROLL CALL ·
Present upon roll call: Mayor Krause Trustees Farley Miller
Murauskis Richardson Wattenberg
Absent: Trustee Floros
1809 SITKA LANE
Mayor Krause noted that the Special Meeting had baen called to
clarify the interpretation of a corner lot as to the required set-backs.
An opinion had been received from outside counsel Marlin Smith
stating that a corner lot has only one ~id¢ yard.

Mayor Krause explained that the Special Meeting had been called
to clarify the interpretation of a corner relative to the front or side
yard setback requirements. The necessity for clarification came at
this point due to a proposed room addition for property located
at 1809 Sitka Lane.
A Resolution was presented for Board consideration in which the
legal opinion received from outside counsel Marling Smith stated
that a corner lot has only a single yard that should meet the front
yard requirements, as setforth in Section 14.602 of the Zoning
Ordinance.
Trustee Wattenberg, seconded by Trustee Murauskis, moved for
passage of Resolution No. 23-79.
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING 1809 SITKA LANE
Upon roll call: Ayes: Farley Miller Murauskis Richardson
Wattenberg Krause
Nays: None
Motion carried.
Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Murauskis, moved to
adjourn the meeting.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Unanimous
Motion carried.
