HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 15-63 05/28/1963 5/5/28/63 RESOLUTION NO. is A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION INVITING SEALED BIDS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the publication of the attached notice for sealed bids to be placed in The Bond Buyer in its June 3, 1963 issue and that said publication notice as attached is hereby approved. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this ~ f day of May, 1963. Denomination-$1,000. Interest payable semi-annually May 1 and November 1; first coupon due November 1, 1963. Payable in New York or Chicago. Callable at par and accrued interest, in whole or in part from revenues on any interest date on or after May 1, 1974, and from any funds on any date on or after May 1, 1978. Delivery expected within 30 days of sale in Chicago. Village will furnish printed bonds and legal opinion of Chapman and Cutler.
