Under the Illinois Highway Code
BE IT RESOLVED, bythe Mayor And Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect ,Illinois
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,

Course and a 1" Asphalt Surface. An alternate proposed pavement section
shall include a 6" P.C.C. Base Course.

and be designated as Section 90-00108-00-~
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Four Hundred Thousand ............

~mprovement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Madam:
The Resolution for Section 90-OOi08-O0-FR, adopted by the Mayor
and Board of T~ustees on March 6, 1990, was approved today.
This resolution provides for the reconstruction of Forest
Avenue from Memory Lane to Kensington Rd. This resolution
appropriates $400,00.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the subject
section.
You will note that approval is being given for Section
90-OOi08-O0-FP rather than Section 90-OOi08-O0-PW. Please
reference all future correspondence to the approved section
number.

2, 1990, for the captioned projects resolution was given for
Section Number 90-OOI08-O0-FR with reference to Section Number
90-O0108-O0-PW.
Since this is in conflict, please reference all future
correspondence to the (corrected) Section Number 90-00108-00-PV
for the captioned improvement.
We are sorry for any inconvienence caused in making this
correction.
