RESOLUTION NO. f 1-- /, 3
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mount Prospect State Bank of
Mount Prospect, Illinois, be and it is hereby designated as the depository
of the Village of Mount Prospect Waterworks and Sewerage Fund, and that
the funds so deposited may be withdrawn upon Waterworks and Sewerage Fund
warrants signed by the following:
Village President
V illage Clerk
Village Treasurer
whose signatures shall be duly certified to said Bank, and that no
warrants drawn against said Bank shall be valid unless so signed.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Bank is hereby authorized
and directed to honor and ray .::tny wa.rrants so dra,.m, vrhcth'2r such Horrants
be p"::.yable to the order of any such person signing said Harrants or any
of such persons in their individual capaci.ties or not, and ~,rhether such
vrarrants are deposhed to the individual credit of the person so signing
said warrants or to the individual credit of any office or not. This
resolution shall continue in force and said Bank may consider- the facts
concerning the holders of said offices respectively, and their signatures
to bc and continue as set forth in the certificate of the Village Clerk,
accompanying a copy of this resolution when delivered to sai.d Bank or
in any si.milar subsequent certificate, until written notice to the
contrary is duly served on said Bank.
