A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYlfiliNT OF $409,500
TO THE COOK COUNTY WATER CORPORATION FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ITS PROPERTIES.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1- That the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby authorize the payment
of Four Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred ($409,500) Dollars
to the Cook County Water Corporation for the purchase of its
Water and Sewer properties as set forth in the agreement hereto-
for entered into between the parties on (tIP-v....; f! , 1923 subject

to the opinion of the Village Attorney that the Cook County
Water and Sewer Company has fully complied with said agreement.
Section 2-That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
