Resolution for Improv-~ent by Mt Pality Construction
Under the Illinois Highway Code
BE IT RESOLVED, by the MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS ,Illinois
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. Thatthe proposed improvement shall consist of VARTOUS BRIDGE MATNTP. NANCE OPEPJ~T'rONS
and shall be constructed 'feet wide
and be designated as Section 89-00104-00-BR
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of ~WENT¥-SIX THOUSAND AND 00/100 ....

Dear Madam:
An error has ~en noted in our approval letter dated October 2,
1990 approving t~ S~plemen~l Resolution for the su~ect
section.
The last paragraph of the approval letter should have read that
with the additional funds appropriated, a to~l of

project.

Dear Hadam:
The Supplemental Resolution for Section 89-00104-00-BR, adopted
by the President and Board of Trustees on September 18,
was approved by this Department on October 2, 1990. This
resolution provides for the improvement of the Lincoln St.
Bridge and appropriates $26,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for
the subject section.
With the additional funds appropriated above, a total of
$96,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds have been appropriated for
the subject project.
