A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
A DEED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Mount Prospect does
hereby accept the grant of the following described real estate:
Parcel No. 1
Lot Twelve (12) Block Two (2) in Hatlen
Heights, Unit No. One, a Subdivision in
the South Half (1/2) of the Northeast
Quarter (1/4) of Section 10, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, according to Plat thereof registered
in the Office of the Registrar of Titles of
Cook County, IllinoisJ on August 17, 1955, as
Document Number 16146b5.
Parcel No. 2
Lot "Au in Hatlen Heights Unit No. Two, a
Subdivision in the South Half (1/2) of the
Northeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 10,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, according to Plat thereof
registered in the Office of the Registrar of
Titles of Cook County, Illinois, on February
27, 1956 as Document Number 1653233.
Parcel No. 3
That part of Lot Seven (7) in Owner's Division
(hereinafter described) described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said
Lot 7, 697.0 feet North of the Southwest corner
of said Lot 7; thence East parallel with the
South line of said Lot 7, a distance of 80.0
feet; thence North parallel with the West line
of said Lot 7, a distance of 125.0 feet; thence
West parallel with the South line of said Lot 7,
a distance of 80.0 feet to the West line of said
Lot 7; thence South on the West line of said
Lot 7, a distance of 125.0 feet to the place of
beginning. In Owner's Division, being a Subdivi-
sion of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) (except the
West Half (1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (1/4)
thereof) of Section ten (10) Township Forty One
(41) North, Range Eleven (IIi, East of the Third
Principal Meridian.

utility corporation formerly by name of Hatlen Heights Sewer and
Water Co., Inc.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk of the Village of
Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to register the aforemen-
tioned conveyance with the Registrar of Titles of Cook County,
Illinois.
Section 3. That this resolution is in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
