RESOLUTION NO. 34-63
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND AUTHORIZING RICHARD L. JESSE
AS AUTHORIZED AGENT FOR THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
WHEREAS, Richard L. Jesse is a participant in the Illinois
Municipal Retirement Fund, an employee of the Village of Mount Prospect
and fully qualified in all respects to be the authorized agent of the
Village and its employees in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund,
and
WHEREAS, as President of the Village C. o. Schlaver has appointed
him to said position subject to the confirmation, approval and authori-
zation of the Board of Trustees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1: That Richard L. Jesse is hereby appointed and
confirmed of same appointment as the authorized agent of the Village of
Mount Prospect and its employees to the Illinois Municipal Retirement
Fund. That as such he shall have the following powers:
A - To certify whether or not the employees are
acceptable or not to participate in the Ill-
inois Municipal Retirement Fund.
B - To certify to the Fund that a participating
employee is on an authorized leave of absence.
C - To file a petition for nomination, and to cast
the ballot for election of an Executive
Trustee of the Fund.
D - To have any and all the powers which may and
can be delegated to said authorized agent by
the statutes of the State of Illinois.
E - To have such further powers as may be necessary
and proper to more fully execute and perform
any of the above designated powers.
Section 2: Said appointment shall be effective and shall remain
in force until changed by subsequent resolution duly adopted. The said
Richard L. Jesse is further authorized as is the Village Clerk to make
all necessary communications to the Illinois Municipal Fund relative to
this appointment including the execution of IMRF Form No. 2.20 Notice of
Appointment of Authorized Agent.

Section 3: This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED and APPROVED this SIXTH DAY OF AUGUST, 1963.
