HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 35-63 08/20/1963 RESOLUTION NO. 35-63 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of I the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: I i Section 1. That the Village of Mount Prospect does hereby accept the I grant of the following described real estate: I Lot 1 in Block 1 in Elk Ridge Villa Unit No.1, being a Sub- division in the West half (1/2) of the West half (1/2) of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to plat thereof registered in the office of the Registrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois, on November 26, 1958 as Document No. 1831541, Document No. . 1832286, Cook County, Illinois; I I I conveyed to it by Pioneer Trust and Savings Bank, a corporation of Illinois, as Trustee under the provisions of a deed or deeds in trust, duly recorded and delivered to said corporation in pursuance of a trust agreement dated the 21st day of May, 1957 and known as Trust No. 11155. The Easterly 75 feet of Lot 28 in Block 1 in Elk Ridge Villa Unit No. I, being a Subdivision in the West half (1/2) of the West half (1/2) of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to plat thereof registered in the office of theRegistrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois, on November 26, 1958 as Document No. 1831541, and certificate of correction thereof registered as Document No. 1832286, Cook County, Illinois; I I 'I II conveyed to it by Pioneer Trust and Savings Bank, a corporation of Illinois. j as Trustee under the provisions of a deed or deeds in trust, duly recorded I and delivered to said corporation in pursuance of a trust agreement dated Ii the 29th day of October, 1960, and known as Trust No. 12872. II I I I I Section 2. That the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby authorized to register the aforementioned conveyance with the Registrar of Titles of Cook County, Illinois. Section 3. That this resolution is in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 20 day of August, 1963.
