RESOLUTION NO. 38-63
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois,
Section 1. The Village Finance Director be and is hereby
authorized to handle the placement of all legal notices and publications
for the Village of Hount Prospect.
Section 2. That legal notices shall be placed in either the
Hount Prospect Independent or the Hount Prospect Herald;
That the determination as to Vlhich neVlspaper shall
receive Vlhich legal notice shall be up to the Village Finance Director;
and he shall place same so that at the end of any
fiscal year the dollar amount for publication of legal notices shall be
approximately equal as to betVleen said two newspapers.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to laVl.
