RESOLUTION NO. 40-63
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NUMBER OF OFFICERS AND
MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT.

[I WHEREAS, pursuant to Sec. 6.101 of the Hunicipal Code of t10unt
Prospect by resolution the President and Board of Trustees shall designate
the number of officers and members of the Police Department of the Village
of Hount Prospect, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution 16-61 passed June 6, 1961 and Resolution
No. 19-62 passed October 30, 1962, the number of officers and members of
the Police Department as provided therein was established, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect that all prior resolutions previously
adopted pertaining thereto should be repealed and a new resolution adopted
establishing as of the date of the adoption of this resolution the number
of officers and members of the Police Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 19-62, adopted October 30, 1962,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 6.101 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957 there is hereby authorized the following personnel
for the Police Department of the Village of Hount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:

Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED and APPROVED this NINETEENTH day of NOVEMBER, 1963.
