RESOLUTION NO. 2-65
A RESOLUTION BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED BY
THE DEPARTMENT ~F PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDINGS OF
THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. Cook
County, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Mount Prospect does
hereby approve the plans and specifications for public improve-
ments designated by the Department of Public Works and Buildings
as S. B. I. Route 19 - FA Route 20 Section 1964-1S-RS Cook
County.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 12 day of January, 1965.
