RESOLUTION NO. 15-65
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE APPROVAL
OF A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR
UNIT NO. 7 OF ELK RIDGE VILLA
WHEREAS, The President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect approved the final plat of subdivi-
sion for Unit No. 7 of Elk Ridge Villa in the Village of Mount
Prospect on July 21, 1964 and
WHEREAS, The President and Board of Trustees have
found and determined that the aforesaid approval of the final
plat of subdivision for Unit No. 7 of Elk Ridge Villa, was
granted without securing compliance with all of the require-
ments of the ordinances of the Village of Mount Prospect and
in particular, that the said approval was granted without the
filing of a corporate completion bond securing the installa-
tion and completion of such public improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT
AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: That the motion adopted by the Presi-
dent and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
on July 21, 1964, approving the plat of subdivision for the
said Unit No.7 of Elk Ridge Villa, be, and it is hereby,
rescinded.

SECTION TWO: That the Village President is
authorized and directed to enter on the face of the original
plat of subdivision for the said Unit No. 7 of Elk Ridge Villa,
the words, "Approval Rescinded," together with the date of
this resolution, and to affix his signature to the same, and
the Village Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to attest to the said notation and signature.
