RESOLUTION 25-65
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: The Village Manager of the Village of Mount
Prospect is authorized and directed to record all final plats of subdivi-
sion which have been approved by the Village Board of theVillage of Mount

Prospect and signed by the President of the Village of Mount Prospect with
the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, within thirty days of the
date of such approval.
SECTION TWO: This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
