RESOLUTION NO. 32-65
H.ESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NUHBER OF OFFICERS AND
l"lEIlBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTr-lENT OF THE VILLAGE
OF !'lOUHT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 6.101 of the Munici?al
Code of Hount Prospect, by resolution, the President and Board
of Trustees shall designate the number of officers and members
of the Police Department of the Village of Bount Prospect, and
-vlHEREAS, by Resolution No. 40-63, passed November 19,
1963, the number of officers and members of the Police Depart-
ment as provided therein was established, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that all
prior Resolutions previously adopted pertaining thereto should
be repealed and a new Resolution adopted establishing as of
the date of the adoption of this Resolution the number of
officers and members of the Police Department.
NO\tl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF nWSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF I'10UNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
I ILLINOIS:

I SECTION ONE: That Resolution No. 40-63, adopted
' November 19. 1963. be. and the same is hereby. repealed..
I SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 6.101 of the
I Municipal Code of tvlount Prospect of 1957, there is aereby
I authorized the following personnel for the PtJ1ice Department
