RESOLurION NO. 14-68
A RESOLurION ESTABLISHING THE VILLAGE MANAGER'S SALARY FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1968-69
,
WHEREAS, the Pres1dent and Board. of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect passed and adopted Ordinance No. 2011; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance stated under Section 4 .104 that "the
Village Manager shall receive such compensation as the Village Board shall
fix from time to time by Ordinance or Resolution"; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of the Board. of Trustees has
reviewed and recornrrended the budget for the fiscal year 1968-69 wherein
the salary established for the Village Manager was at a figure of Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the salary fixed by the President and Board. of
Trustees for the services of the Village Manager shall be in the amount of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) for the fiscal year ending April 30,
1969.
SECTION 2: The rate of compensation for the fiscal year ending
April 30, 1969 shall be effective May 1, 1968.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
