RESOLUl'ION NO. 28-68
A RESOLUI'ION AMENDING RESOLUl'ION 9-68 ESrABLISHING THE
SALARIES IN THE FIRE AND POLICE DEPARlMENTS
WHEREAS, on May 7, 1968 the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of MOtmt Prospect adopted Resolution 9-68 establishing the salaries
within the Fire and Police Departments, including the salary of the Fire
Lieutenant - Inspector; and
WHEREAS, it is now the desire and the detennination of this Board to
anend Section 6 pertaining to the salary of the Fire Lieutenant - Inspector
of Resolution 9-68;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUsrEES OF THE VILLAGE OF IDUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
SECTION 1: That Section 6 of Resolution 9-68 passed and adopted on
May 7, 1968 is hereby amended through the deletion of the word "Lieutenant" so
that Section 6 of Resolution 9-68 shall be and read as follows:
Section 6: BE IT FURrHER RESOLVED that effective
Septebmer 16, 1968 the "Fire Inspector"
shall receive the sum of Sixty Dollars
($60.00) per month in addition to his
base rate.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
