A RESOLurION CANVASSING THE VOlES CAST m: THE SPECIAL
ELEGrION HELD APRIL 15. 1969. and rnCLARING THE RESULTS
THEREOF
WHEREAS. a special election was held in and for the Village of Mount
Prospect, Cook County. Illinois. on Tuesday, April 15. 1969. for the
purpose of electing a Village Trustee for a two-year term to fill a
vacancy; and
WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees have canvassed the votes
cast at said election and are ready to report;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF rJDUNT PROSPEGr. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS:
SEGrION ONE: That said election was duly held as provided by law.
SECTION TwO: That 7484 votes were cast in the following marmer:

SECTION THREE: That inasmuch as Robert Soderman received the greatest
number of votes. he is hereby declared elected to the office of Village
Trustee of the Village of Mount Prospect and shall qualify in the manner
and tiroo prescribed by law.
SECTION FOUR: lliat this resolution shall be <~, i' force and effect
from and after its passage and approval acc~g;b law.
