A RESOLurION OF APPRECIATION FOR '!HE SERVICE ExrENDED BY DANIEL CONGREVE
WHEREAS, DANIEL OONGREVE has devoted his tine, experience, knowledge, and
dedication to the position of serving in the elected office of Village
President of the Village of ~unt Prospect from May 4, 1965 to April 30,
1969; and
WHEREAS, DANIEL OONGREVE served unselfishly and diligently on the Zoning
Board and later as Village President; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mamt Prospect has been greatly enhanced by the
knowledge and concentrated efforts expended by DANIEL CONGREVE in the
performance of his position as Village President with respect to out-
standing accorrpl1shments too many to emmerate herein; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the Village of M:>unt Prospect are deeply in-
debted to DANIEL OONGREVE for his distinguished service to our Village;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect desire to express to DANIEL CONGREVE on behalf of all the resi-
dents of the Village their gratitude to him for his dedicated and dis-
tinguished service to the Village:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIIENr AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF M)UNT PROSPEar, COOK COUNTY, IILINOIS:
SEarION ONE: '!bat by this Resolution the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of f.'bunt Prospect express to DANIEL CONGREVE their deep
gratitude for his dedicated, faithful, and constructive service as an
elected official, Village President, of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SEarION TWO: 'lhat a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes
of the BOard of Trustees of the Village of ~unt Prospect as a perpetual
renento and that a certified copy of sane be suitably engraved upon parch-
rent and de livered to DANIEL OONGREVE.
BE IT F'lJRrHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
