A RESOLUrION OF APPRECIATION FeR THE SERVICE ExrENIED BY
RICHARD H. MJNROE
WHEREAS, RICHARD H. Ml-lROE has devoted his time, experience, lmowledge,
and dedication to the position of serving in the elected office of
Village Clerk of the Village of fvbunt Prospect from May 4, 1965 to
April 30, 1969; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD H. M:>NRQE served unselfishly and diligently on the
Zoning Board and later as Village Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the Village of lo'bunt Prospect has been greatly enhanced by
the lmowledge and efforts expended by RICHARD H. MJNROE in the perform-
ance of his position as Village Clerk with respect to outstanding ac-
conplishrrents; am
WHEREAS, the residents of the Village of Mount Prospect are deeply
indebted to RICHARD H. mNROE for his distinguished service to our
Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect desire to express to RICHARD H. IDNROE on behalf of all the
residents of the Village their gratitude to him for his dedicated and
distinguished service to the Village;

1, OF THE VILLAGE OF r.nUNT PROSPECT. COOK COUNrY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: 'Ihat by this Resolution the President and Board of Trustees
of the Vi~lage of M:>unt Prospect express to RICHARD H. MONRCE their deep
gratitude for his dedicated, faithful, and constructive service as an
elected official, Village Clerk, of the Village of t-bunt Prospect.
SECTION TWO: 'Ihat a cc:py of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes
of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect as a perpetual
nenento and that a certified copy of sarre be suitably engraved upon parch-
nent and delivered to RICHARD H. MJNROE. .
BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
